Description of plugin parameters

• random_mode: 0 to allow following parameters tuning, 1 to randomize them
• speed: adjust rotation speed
• slow_x: 1 to slow down vertical direction
• slow_y: 1 to slow down horizontal direction
• reverse: 1 to reverse rotation
• center_x: [0 1] horizontal rotation center (0 is left side, 1 is right side)
• center_y: [0 1] vertical rotation center (0 is bottom side, 1 is top side)
